I took a long time to place an order because some of the items I wanted were not in the size I was interested in. I re-planned the wall design several times. I have ordered from you 3 times, twice it felt like someone had sneaked into the shipment, the packaging was torn, but fortunately the item has always been undamaged. You have excellent product quality. And the delivery was also fast. Thank you very much for that!

The frame was a bit damaged which was disappointing but once i hung it in my home it's not super visible, so overall I'm happy! Thank you!

The posters, mats and frames we ordered once assembled looked professionally done. The quality of prints is outstanding. We furnished a physicians office with 16 prints and have many positive comments.

The packing i rolls was difficult to remove, some small bends happened; rolled prints hard to place in frames- flat packaging would be preferred

I ordered oak frames and prints and the first delivery didn’t arrive. After rearranging for a second delivery only the oak frames arrived with no prints. I’m still waiting for customer services to come back to me.

I felt the frame was kind of cheap. I didn't realize I bought plexi glass and took the coating off right away. The plexi is already so scuffed up. Definitely disappointed.

I would happily use this vendor again. The delivery was quite a bit slower than estimated time, but that's probably due to being in an out of the way spot.  Aside from that, all good.

i sent a message days and days ago. the sizes of my posters didn't fit the frames of the correlating sizes. I asked for exchanges or returns and have heard nothing. i feel like i just threw about my money.
